Every physician I talked to described the same thing: hours lost after the last patient left, charting instead of living. So I built the first version of Scribely alone — no deck, no raise — and started running it with real physicians in real visits. Now Saad and Maryam are building the platform with me, and Prof. Dr. Asifullah Khan — 27 years in AI research — is helping guide where the model goes next. Their feedback, and our physicians' feedback, shapes every release.
