1. The service
Scribely provides AI-assisted clinical documentation tools. Output is a draft to assist licensed clinicians and is not, by itself, a medical record. The signing clinician is solely responsible for the accuracy of the final note and any clinical decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be a licensed healthcare provider, a delegate operating under a licensed provider's supervision, or an authorized administrative user of a healthcare practice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to obtain valid patient consent before recording, to comply with all applicable federal and state laws (HIPAA, state privacy and wiretap statutes), and to not use Scribely to generate notes for visits you did not personally conduct.
4. Fees & cancellation
Solo plans are billed monthly with no contract. Practice plans include a 60-day exit clause. Annual plans are pre-paid and pro-rated on cancellation. Refunds for partial months are issued at our discretion.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scribely's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We disclaim consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Governing law
Delaware law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
