Scribely is a clinical documentation aid. It is not a medical device and does not replace clinical judgment.
Intended use
Scribely assists licensed clinicians by drafting documentation from visit conversations. Every note must be reviewed, edited if needed, and signed by the responsible clinician before it becomes part of the medical record.
Limitations
AI-generated drafts may omit, misstate, or misinterpret clinical information. Clinicians must verify accuracy against their own assessment, the patient's presentation, and available records. Do not rely on Scribely for diagnosis, treatment decisions, or emergency care.
